postdoctoral biophysicist on an H-1B visa. The H-1B worker will be paid just

Salary: $25.00 per hour for a 30 hour work week Period of employment: 09-01-
2009 through 08-31-2012 Employment Location: Center for Biological Physics at
Arizona State University

The referenced labor condition application is available for public inspection
at the Center for Global Education Services, International Faculty and
Scholars Office, Arizona State University, 150 TMPCT, Tempe, Arizona, 85287-
4311.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition
application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition
application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the
United States Department of Labor.

This notice will remain posted, at no less than two locations for at least 10
working days.
