I have been doing some research on other work visas besides H-1B. The
numbers of visas issued is far greater than I would have guessed. For
information on what these visas are go to:

Analysis and questions raised:

* The rapid rise of the numbers of visas in 1998 is surprising. That is the
same year that H-1B was doubled. Why are so many other visas being used when
Congress was so generous with H-1B?

* Notice the huge numbers of F1/M1 visas. These are student vocational visas
that are specifically to work in the US.

* These numbers mean that even the INS admits that almost 13 million
noncitizens have been imported to displace American citizens from mostly
"high tech" positions!
